FRANCE can win the World Cup again in 2002, according to the man who knows all about hanging on to the most prestigious prize in the game.
Brazil's Mario Zagallo - now 70 - won the World Cup as a player in 1958 and 1962. Later he was coach when Brazil achieved the first World Cup hat- trick in 1970. He was winning assistant to Carlos Alberto Parreira in 1994, then returned as head coach in his own right and guided Brazil to runners-up spot in France four years ago. Last autumn, he announced his definitive retirement.
