MISSOULA, Mont. -- Payne Financial Group, Inc., the regional leader in insurance and financial services, has hired Dave Werme for a new senior sales position as director of Production.
In this assignment, Werme will be the executive in charge of directing and coordinating all sales activity across the company. He will also be responsible for the recruitment, hiring and professional development of Payne Financial Group's "producers," or sales force.
Before joining Payne Financial Group, Werme worked for Safeco as the head of Sales in its regional headquarters in Spokane, Washington. He managed a six-state sales territory that included Washington, Idaho, ...
