NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- BioSecure CORP. (BULLETIN BOARD: BSUR) , and AirSecure LLC, a joint venture between Airsopure Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Airtech International Group Inc., (BULLETIN BOARD: AIRG) announced today that they have signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Tactical Fusion Group, Inc. Tactical will be wholly owned by AirSecure LLC.
In a statement released today, BioSecure said the acquisition of Tactical is another step in its plan to consolidate the fragmented and undervalued biohazard industry, and to expand its involvement in the personal security industries.
