Green Bay Packers coach and general manager Mike Sherman didn't really need any reassurances from Houston Texans GM Charley Casserly. Ever since Sherman formulated the Packers' five-player expansion list, he was confident the team wouldn't lose anyone in today's NFL expansion draft.
Nevertheless, Casserly's statement last week that the Texans will not select any players age 30 or older ruled out four of the Packers' players and 43 of the 155 made available by the league's existing 31 teams.
