HARRISBURG, Pa. -- On behalf of Pennsylvania Gov. Mark Schweiker, First Lady Kathy Schweiker today recognized six Pennsylvania teens for their outstanding efforts to prevent youth violence. The teens are returning today from the 15th annual National Youth Crime Prevention Conference in Washington, D.C.
