SEATTLE -- The National Hockey League (NHL) and Getty Images Inc. , today announced that they have signed a four-year agreement in which Getty Images will serve as the league's official photographer and photographic partner. The agreement calls for Getty Images to shoot more then 400 games in addition to Stanley Cup playoffs, NHL All-Star Weekend and the Olympic Winter Games, as well as provide photography services including the licensing and digital distribution of NHL photography for editorial purposes and commercial use.
