"PUT THEM AWAY! Put them away!" the school administrator yelled. A handful of students scrambled to stuff the contraband into their pockets and book bags. No, not drugs. Cell phones.
"I'm not in trouble, am I?" asked sophomore Neringa Eidimtaite, caught in the act of calling her dad for a ride home after finishing her midterm exams at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Ill.
