London -- Pims Holdings Limited (Pims), the marketing and communications solutions group, announced today that Pims UK Limited has successfully met the criteria laid down by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to become a Primary Information Provider (PIP) for the regulatory announcements of UK-listed and AIM companies.
