NEW YORK, April 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Paine Webber Group Inc. announced today that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to issue 5,000,000 Nikkei Stock Average put warrants and 3,500,000 Nikkei Stock Average call warrants.
