SAN DIEGO, April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- John Burnham and Company, a 99-year-old San Diego-based commercial real estate, real estate finance and insurance firm, has established a Los Angeles mortgage banking office this month following a just-completed merger agreement with Real Estate Capital Group (RECAP), a 3 1/2-year-old Los Angeles-based real estate finance organization.
