Homewood Suites(R) by Hilton, the national brand of upscale, all-suite, residential-style hotels, today announced that it has completed and opened its first hotel conversion project, the 140-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel in Oakland, Calif.
The hotel is owned by Oakland Hospitality, Inc and operated under a franchise license agreement with Promus Hotels, Inc., the franchise subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corporation.
