WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 2002

The Strategis Group has released the findings of its third quarterly "Strategis Group Tracking Survey: The State of the U.S. Telecom Industry."

The latest survey results show rebounding confidence among telecommunications executives. Nearly 75% of industry executives surveyed believe that the economy has already begun a recovery, or will begin a recovery in the next six months. In October of 2001, only 46% of survey respondents held this sentiment.
