NEW YORK and ERFURT, Germany--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Feb. 26, 2002
KINGS ROAD ENTERTAINMENT, INC. (NASD Bulletin Board: "KREN", Munich: "KIO" and the "Company"), has just signed a Deal Memo to take over all outstanding shares of NETCOM MULTIMEDIA AG, Erfurt, in exchange for approximately 4.5 Million shares of KREN.
The companies will appoint additional Management to the boards of each company and their subsidiaries. The intended takeover is subject to Due Diligence and shareholder approval.
