ABIX via COMTEX) -- The sale of hedge funds is not officially allowed in Hong Kong. The regulations for the authorisation of the sale of hedge funds will be issued by the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission. While the fund management industry waits for that authorisation to be presented, the individual members of the industry are positioning themselves.
