MANILA, Feb 26 Asia Pulse - The Manila-Clark Rapid railways system project will start again as the exclusively agreement of the Spanish group, the former investor, had already lapsed.
Undersecretary Renato V. Diaz, presidential assistant for regional development for North Luzon, has the proposed new railway system, which will be undertaken by the North Luzon Railways Corp. (Northrail), will run on the old Philippine National Railway line.
"Several groups from Japan, China, Belgium, Canada and the U.S. have expressed strong interest in the project," Diaz said.
