David Lebenstein, director of sales and leasing at Manhattan-based Time Equities, Inc. has been awarded the Senior Man of the Year Award by the Young Men and Womenis Real Estate Association of New York (YM/WREA). The award was presented by Joseph A. Grotto, Jr., chairman of YM/WREA at the organization's December luncheon at the University Club in Manhattan. Previous winners of the award include Lewis Rudin, Asher Bernstein, Stephen B. Siegal and Jerome Cohen.
