The woman whose trial was held up more than a week because of an AWOL juror was convicted Tuesday for her role in the September slaying of a man in a hotel parking lot.
After Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Robert Ruehlman sent juror Christine Fiorini to jail Monday for going on a Mexican vacation when she was supposed to be deliberating the case, the remaining 11 jurors took two days to render a verdict.
They found Dorie Terrell, 23, of English Woods guilty of complicity to murder and complicity to aggravated robbery. She faces a maximum sentence of life imprisonment when Ruehlman sentences her ...
