To underscore the National Urban League's disapproval of placing Judge Charles Pickering on the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, League president Hugh B. Price will appear today on Court-TV's Catherine Crier Live, which airs on the Court-TV channel at 5:30 PM EST.
