The Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, N.Y., with support from 16 charter industry organizations, plans to complement its specialty in graphic arts education by launching a think-tank entity via a new partnership with the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation of New York City.
(RIT also announced it began construction of a new web press laboratory; see photo at right.)
