DESIGNING DEVON: Damen Dash, ceo of the urban clothing line Rocawear, will launch an upscale version of the brand that is "more appropriate for boutiques than department stores," he said. Longtime friend and model Devon Aoki is his first pick to design the jeans collection within that line. "She is a great designer. I really like her work and I think her designs would be great to mix." Dash said he doesn't have a launch date yet.
