LANCASTER, Pa. -- On behalf of Pennsylvania Gov. Mark Schweiker, Education Secretary Charles B. Zogby today urged parents to call Pennsylvania's "Classroom Plus" hotline to find out if their child qualifies for a $500 tutoring grant for reading and math. The Secretary visited Fulton Elementary School in Lancaster, where he read with second- graders to celebrate "Read Across America."
