WESTLAKE VILLAGE - With a subsidized taxi service for seniors already in place, a city committee is considering a similar program for teens and others who regularly need rides.
Though still in the preliminary stages, the Cultural/Recreation Committee is discussing whether to submit a proposal to the City Council that would provide discounted taxi service to people of all ages within the city limits.
``We're trying to expand our youth programs and it's something that the city of Agoura Hills already does,'' said Chris Mann, a Westlake Village city councilman who serves on the committee.
