Every week or so, I hear someone complaining that we still are without a Trader Joe's in the Antelope Valley. I have heard of various polls taken that list Trader Joe's as one of the top retail stores we all want up here.

I urge everyone to take a few minutes and write a letter to Trader Joe's CEO, suggesting it's time to take a new look at the Antelope Valley for a new store.

As many of you know, the closest location is in Valenica, which is more than 25 miles away, south on a crowded freeway and through the crowded surface streets of Santa Clarita.
