Michael Rosenthal continues to be the preeminent boxing writer in this town. His lists of the greatest fighters and the greatest heavyweights of the 20th century make for some great nostalgia for this reader. However, he seems to have forgotten one of the very best pound-for-pound fighters in the history of the sport: Mickey Walker. Edward Patrick Walker, ``the Toy Bulldog,'' was the welterweight title holder from 1922-1926 and the middleweight champion from 1926-1931.
