Move over, beef and chicken - fish tacos are making a splash on menus these days. If you aren't hooked already, now is a good time to discover this trendy taco variation. There are plenty of options at quick-service Mexican food stands and restaurants in the Valley and beyond to explore - or you can try your hand at making them at home.
