Today, we're revisiting the ricotta cheese dessert theme, but this time via pies. The request for ricotta pies and cakes came from Angela Turiace of La Crescenta who was unable to locate any.
Hopefully, readers enjoyed the numerous ricotta cake recipes featured a few weeks back. Now give some of these pie creations a whirl. There are several to choose from - ranging from simple to more complex.
RICOTTA CHEESE PIE
