ACUSTAR, PHILIPS, TO JOIN IN WORLDWIDE ELECTRONICS VENTURE
TROY, Mich., Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Acustar, Inc., Chrysler's stand- alone parts subsidiary, and Philips Car Stero International GmbH, of West Germany, a unit of Philips Industries of the Netherlands,today announced their intention to jointly design, develop, manufacture and sell specific automotive electronics products, including automotive radios and sound systems on a worldwide basis.
