ANDY Campbell, Cardiff City's new striker, is adamant the Bluebirds are set to soar into Division One next season.
But he also says: "I already know I want to sign for Cardiff on a permanent basis - and that is not dependent on promotion."
Campbell, 22, has been attracted to South Wales by Lennie Lawrence, the man who signed the pacy striker for Middlesbrough at the age of 14.
