Logging and @per milling industry waste is increasing and traditional profit margins for feeding livestock are becoming more difficult to achieve. Thus the idea to use aspen waste in a complete diet for llamas. Two formulas were used to develop the feeds- one with grain "X' and the other with grain "B." The first section of the trial was the preference study. Given equal amounts of both feeds, the llamas were allowed to choose which was more palatable to them.
