Mar. 2--Florida Attorney General Bob Butterworth on Friday filed a lawsuit against Service Corporation International, claiming the death-industry giant routinely deceived consumers and so badly mismanaged the two Menorah Gardens cemeteries that an independent company should be appointed to run the beleaguered properties.
