SAVING MONEY FOR SOUTH CAROLINA UTILITY
MONCKS CORNER, S.C., April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Still on the rebound after six months following America's most devastating natural disaster, a state-owned electric utility has discovered a way to turn storm- ravaged timber from Hurricane Hugo into power for its customers.
