When it comes to chasing away the chills of blustery winter's night, Trio Voronezh proved just how effective three guys with six strings and about 300 accordion buttons can be.
The trio, named for the Russian working-class city where its members grew up and still reside, performed for a Wisconsin Union Theater crowd of about 400 Saturday night. By the end of the two-hour concert, the small audience's enthusiastic response proved that energy, not size mattered.
