Using fax machines can lower receivable days
Of all the new technology introduced in the business world during the last five years, none has so quickly been adopted as the facsimile (fax) machine. Unlike personal computers, fax machines generally are easy to use, can communicate with most other fax machines, and are relatively inexpensive - some units cost as little as $500.
