ST. LOUIS -- Engineered Support Systems, Inc. announced that S. Lee Kling, a member of the Company's Board of Directors, has been reappointed as Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the U.S. Army, Missouri (East), according to Michael F. Shanahan, Sr., Chairman and CEO.
Mr. Kling is Chairman of Kling Rechter & Company, a merchant banking company formed in 1991. Prior to founding Kling Rechter, Mr. Kling served as Chairman of Landmark Bancshares Corporation, a St. Louis-based bank holding company.
