PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Raymond James Financial Services today announced that Richard Saunders has been named Senior Vice President and Director of its Business Development Division effective March 4. In his new role, Saunders will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that will assure the continued growth of the company's branch and financial advisor organization.
