After a decade of building a devoted clientele, the little North Valley Southern Mexican food spot called Dos Arbolitos was forced to vacate its premises on Parthenia Street when the shopping center it was part of was torn down.
The Mexican food of Dos Arbolitos was, to a large degree, unlike much of its neighbor Mexican restaurants, most of which fell into the gringo-Mex, margarita emporium category.
And with such reasonable prices it was considered a gem of a find by just about everyone who stumbled across it.
