LANCASTER - ``Whichever one of you ... called (the cops) is going to pay tonight.''
A man with a long and violent criminal record, Leonard Williams didn't make anybody pay that night. But the 45-year-old ``three strikes'' defendant could pay dearly by spending the rest of his life in prison.
In an unusual case - because he didn't actually commit a violent act, - only threatened one - Williams was convicted by a Lancaster jury of making a terrorist threat against his girlfriend and her children.
