Jon Crispin, who along with his brother helped Penn State reach the third round of the NCAA Tournament, has been given permission to transfer.
Jon Crispin, a two-year starter at guard, asked for the release Monday.
BASKETBALL: UCLA basketball recruit Cedric Bozeman has received a qualifying score on the SAT.
Bozeman, a 6-foot-5 guard who led Santa Ana Mater Dei to the Division I state title, is expected to replace Earl Watson in the lineup next season.
