Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Propack Data GmbH, a global market leader of manufacturing information systems for the pharmaceutical and other regulated industries, based in Karlsruhe, Germany.
Rockwell Automation initially announced its intent to acquire the company in January 2002. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
