Mar. 7--NEENAH, Wis.--The shadow of two ongoing national stories -- the tech sector slowdown and the Enron fiasco -- loomed over Plexus Corp.'s annual meeting Wednesday.
The bearish national economy, which has proven particularly painful for high-profile clients like Cisco and Lucent, dealt setbacks to the Neenah-based manufacturer and designer of high-end electronic devices throughout 2001, President and Chief Executive Officer John L. Nussbaum told more than 250 shareholders at the Park Plaza Valley Inn.
