VICTORIA, BC -- Tactex Controls Inc., (http://www.tactex.com/, CDNX:TTX), the developer of patented fibre optic based Kinotex(TM) products, today announced it has completed the previously announced private placement of 1,718,713 Common Shares at a price of $0.15 per share for proceeds of $257,807. The Private Placement was sold to members of management, the board of directors, early shareholders, investment advisors and new subscribers. Tactex intends to use the proceeds to fund working capital as the company finalizes new products for entry into the market later this year.
