Austin Nichols & Company Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Groupe Pernod Ricard of France, is poised to lease 32,000 square feet of space at 777 Westchester Ave. in White Plains, according to local real estate sources.
The New York City-based company will occupy part of the space being vacated by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc., sources said.
But Mark S. Weiss, executive managing director at Julien J. Studley Inc. of New York City, who represents Austin Nichols, said the liquor company has "not signed a lease at that location."
