HE'S not so much a puppy, more a powderpuff with teeth.
Meet Dylan the papillon, possibly the smallest dog in the world.
The dwarf spaniel measures only 4in at the shoulder and weighs little more than a pound. Yet owner Barbara Jones says he has no shortage of personality.
'He is absolutely full of himself and doesn't realise he is small,' she said at home in Barnstaple, Devon.
Dylan weighed a mere 2oz when he arrived ten weeks ago, the only pup in his mother Caprice's litter.
