SANTA CLARITA - After throwing an ice pick at a boy who was taunting him and threatening to slice another boy's throat, 17-year-old Andrew Weaver was on the brink of losing everything, including his freedom.
Incarcerated at Sylmar Juvenile Hall, the Castaic teen said he felt enraged and completely alone - estranged from his schoolmates, his parents and himself.
``My anger was just at the max and I basically felt cut off from everyone,'' he said. ``When I looked at my life, I felt like it was just me and I didn't know how I was going to do it.''
