There are only four games remaining in the Northwest Valley girls' basketball conference. One team remains undefeated in league and in first place, for now.

El Camino Real outscored visiting Taft by 16 points in the third quarter en route to a 69-45 victory Friday.

The Conquistadores (17-4, 6-0) still have to play the Toreadors once more and perhaps next time, Taft will have some help from junior forward Lisa Hawkins, who has been sidelined with a viral infection.
