Mo Vaughn hit, Chuck Finley pitched, but the rest of the Angels could do little Monday night - until the 11th inning, that is.
Darin Erstad hit a leadoff homer off Nerio Rodriguez to give the Angels a 4-3 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays before 17,324 at Edison Field.
Reliever Troy Percival got the victory for the Angels.
Through nine innings, the Angels were 2 for 12 with runners in scoring position - both hits belonging to Vaughn and worth two RBI. The Angels' other run scored on a wild pitch.
