Awhile back Mila Hernandez of North Hollywood was searching for a tiramisu ice cream cake recipe. While going through our files, I came across this ice cream cake. Although not an authentic Italian tiramisu ice cream cake, it is a great alternative. This lavish dessert is perfect to end a warm-weather meal.
MOCHA FRAPPUCCINO ICE CREAM TIRAMISU CAKE
1 package (10.75) frozen reduced-fat poundcake, thawed
1/3 cup cooled espresso OR double-strength coffee
1 quart low-fat mocha frappuccino ice cream, softened (such as Starbucks)
2 teaspoons finely ground espresso OR coffee
