With rents and fees at the Camarillo and Oxnard airports expected to increase for the first time in six years, some users say there is little accountability as to how the revenues are spent.
Supervisors today are expected to consider rent increases of up to 20 percent for small-aircraft owners, 40 percent for nonaviation tenants, and 70 percent over two years for operators of flight schools, sales, maintenance and other fixed-base operations.
