OCEAN DRIVE REVITALIZATION WINS NATIONAL RECOGNITION

MIAMI, April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The revitalization of Miami Beach's Ocean Drive, focal point of the city's historic Art Deco District, will be honored on Monday with the eighth annual National Economic Development Partnership Award from the National Council of Urban Economic Development.

The award recognizes outstanding and innovative urban real estate development projects that demonstrate the importance of public/private partnerships in economic development.
