The city finally has a car dealer on the hook.

After years of trying to lure new car dealers to Burbank, officials disclosed Monday that CAG Investments LLC is planning to buy 12 acres of old Lockheed property to build a multi-franchise Chrysler dealership.

It is the first of what city officials hope will be many new dealerships in the city.

Tonight the Burbank City Council will consider a proposal to give CAG Investments LLC an incentive to build in Burbank.
